Below is an overview of how SJVCS students and alumni can request their academic transcripts. 

Applicants to SJVCS should contact Registrar@sjvcs.edu with any inquiries regarding where/how to submit transcripts from prior institutions.  The Office of the Registrar in unison with the Business Office handles all outgoing transcript requests; incoming transcripts do not come to our office.

An official SJVCS transcript is a complete student enrollment record, including all undergraduate, graduate, and professional courses. Partial transcripts are not available. Transcripts for students who attended before 2000 may include social security numbers.

Transcripts do not include mid-term grades.  Additionally, SJVCS can not issue copies of transcripts that originated from other schools and were submitted for admissions purposes or transfer of credits.

  • There is a charge for transcripts.
  • Transcripts will not be released if any fees are owed to SJVCS.
  • Transcripts can be delivered electronically.
  • Paper transcripts are mailed via United States Postal Service First Class Mail. Express delivery is available from FedEx for a fee.
  • Forms accompanying transcripts can be uploaded when you submit your order.
  • Transcripts held for in-office pick-up that are not retrieved within 30 days will be destroyed.
