St. John Vianney College Seminary is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (1866 Southern Lane, Decatur, Georgia 30033-4097: Telephone number 404-679-4501) to award the baccalaureate degree.

St. John Vianney College Seminary is incorporated under the Laws of the State of Florida and, as a non-profit educational institution, is empowered to confer degrees and to exercise all the other privileges of an institution of higher learning. The College Seminary is approved for Veteran’s educational benefits under Section 1775 of Title 38 United States Code and authorized under Federal law to enroll non-immigrant alien students. St. John Vianney College Seminary holds membership in the following professional associations:
