Privacy act of 1974

The family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 guarantees students the right to inspect and review their educational records. It also provides the rights of privacy protection by limiting the transferability of students records without their consent. Specific guidelines for the implementation of the Act are administered by the appropriate Seminary officials.
