Honors

The Dean’s List is published at the end of each semester. All full-time students whose Grade Point Average is 3.4 above are eligible for this list. Students with a semester grade of “D”, “F,” or “I,” cannot be considered for this honor. Each year outstanding seniors are nominated by peers and by the faculty for inclusion in the annual edition of Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities. The criteria for this honor are scholastic excellence, leadership on campus and volunteer services to the wider community. A degree candidate, having high achievement and the approval of the Faculty, is awarded the Baccalaureate Degree with academic distinction according to the degree of excellence:

Cum laude............................3.4 GPA
Magna cum laude...................3.6 GPA Summa cum laude..................3.8 GPA
