Repeated courses

Required courses which are reported with a grade of “F” or “FA” must be repeated. If they are not required courses, they may be repeated. If a course is repeated, both grades appear on the permanent record. However, credit hours are counted only once and only the second grade earned is applied toward the student’s GPA.

Re-admissions

A dismissed student may be readmitted provided the condition which warranted dismissal has been removed and the Ordinary or Religious Superior approves.
