Grade reports and transcripts

At mid-term, a grade report is given to each student. At the conclusion of the semester, a grade report is mailed to each student and a copy is mailed, upon their consent, to the seminarian’s Ordinary or Major Religious Superior. Only the final semester grades appear on the student’s permanent record. An official transcript of academic credits, bearing the seal of the College Seminary and signed by the Registrar, is mailed directly to the other institutions or officials, pro-vided that the student present a written request for said transcript to the Registrar. Official transcripts are not given directly to the student. The transcript fee for a former student is $5.00 per copy, payable at the time of the request. The College Seminary reserves the right to withhold the transmission of transcripts to those students who have not fulfilled their financial obligations.
