The Spanish language program attempts to achieve the following objectives:
- To provide students with the necessary information to get to know the structure of the Spanish language.
- To familiarize students with the diverse and rich Hispanic culture.
To help students achieve a comfortable level in functioning efficiently in both languages and cultures.
- To aid students in developing an openness to diverse languages, peoples and cultures.
For students whose native language is English, a Spanish proficiency test is administered upon arrival. Students should take courses in Spanish according to the proficiency reached. Further progress should enable them to
minister in Spanish by the end of the Bachelor program.
