Ah...Seminary life.  Where do I begin? I have officially been here for 6 weeks and I have loved every minute of it.  Back in Tallahassee I was going to school, I was a member of an enormous Catholic Campus Ministry, and of course I was trying to listen to where the Lord was calling me.  Priesthood was most definately pulling on my heart.  It was difficult to leave what seemed to be a perfect and comfortable life, but the Lord wasn't calling me to be comfortable. He wanted me to look into His Holy Catholic Priesthood.  Who am I to deny that beautiful call?

            So here I am with 60 other young men learning about, listening to, and waiting on what the Lord wants to do in our lives.  He has been doing great things here at St. John Vianney.  We all have our struggles here, whether it is with school, prayer, or just living with a bunch of guys we have never met, but we are doing it together. Plus, the joys definately outweigh the struggles.  This place is becoming my home faster than I could have ever imagined.  Now my part is to just dive in and enjoy the ride.
